Silversun Pickups at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion
Silversun Pickups are an alternative rock band known for layered guitars, atmospheric arrangements, and dynamic vocals. Their best-known songs include “Lazy Eye,” “Panic Switch,” and “Well Thought Out Twinkles,” while albums such as Carnavas and Swoon helped establish their place in modern alternative rock. The band's sound moves between quiet, reflective passages and powerful guitar-driven choruses, making its live performances a natural fit for an outdoor concert setting.

Venue and Seating Information
Freedom Mortgage Pavilion is a 25,000-capacity outdoor amphitheater designed primarily for concerts and live entertainment. Its usual concert configuration includes covered reserved seating, a general admission lawn, and pit or orchestra areas for some shows. The open-air layout offers a large-scale concert atmosphere, while food and drink stands, restrooms, guest services, and nearby River Line access support event visits.
For a balanced view and more protection from the weather, center reserved seats in the lower covered area are a strong choice. Pit or orchestra areas, when offered, put fans closest to the stage. The lawn is a more casual, budget-friendly option, but it is farther from the performers and exposed to the weather. Fans seeking a clear view may want to avoid far-side seats with sharp stage angles and rear lawn positions.
Parking Information
Parking is available in lots around the Camden Waterfront, with prices and walking distances varying by event. The venue identifies Lot 1 / VIP Parking as directly across from the pavilion; access requires the appropriate pass. Premium and other waterfront lots provide alternatives, but event traffic can build before popular concerts, so arriving early is advisable.
- Lot 1 / VIP Parking: Clinton Street and Second Street, Camden, NJ 08103. Directly across from the venue; pricing varies by event and VIP access requires the proper pass. Parking information.
- Premium Parking: 2nd and Clinton Street, Camden, NJ 08103. A nearby option with event-dependent pricing. Parking information.
Fans driving should check payment arrangements before arrival, as parking payment may be credit-card only. Concertgoers coming from Philadelphia can also consider the RiverLink Ferry from Penn's Landing to the Camden Waterfront to avoid driving and parking near the venue.
Silversun Pickups Chester reviews
Richard Marx - Pure Talent!!!
Silversun Pickups are exceptional songwriters with voices as good as ever. They play multiple instruments and truly appreciate their audience. They know what to play and how to respond to a crowd. Few musicians can boast a resume' quite like theirs. They are finally back in the mainstream.
Their merchandise prices are fair too. They appear to appreciate their audience, and their voices are as good now as they've ever been. Simply put, they play multiple instruments and are exceptional songwriters. They know what to play and how to respond to a crowd.
In today's world, it is passe' that no cameras were allowed at the venue. I have a knock on this issue. I go to a lot of concerts and at 99% of them, the audience is allowed to take photos, provided it is not professional equipment. I might look forward to taking pictures and creating an album to look at later. They should welcome patrons and their cameras if it is not a problem. I might not have gone had I known that it was an issue with them.
